Our Quality Policy tells just how important quality is to us. This is one of the founding principles at SMIco. It helps govern all our decisions and interaction with our customers.

SMIco. operates an ISO 9001 Quality system for all phases of our operations.

Our documented Quality System uses a Company Quality Manual, Procedures, and Work Instructions to assure consistent quality.

SMIco. offers PDS (Pallet Design System) software to help with designing and the structural analysis of your pallet.

SMIco. utilizes Tim-Bor, a wood preservative for insect and mold control to ensure the quality and durability of our pallets.

We are registered and audited by an accredited agency to manufacture and label Coniferous Wood Packaging to meet the European Union Emergency measures that went into effect on October 1, 2001. We can assure your export shipments will be made from certified materials, saving you headaches and cost.
